The Spanish sports field has decided to file the lawsuit brought by the Levante team for the exclusion of Barcelona from the King of Spain Cup for violation of the rules by involving a player non qualified.
The Barca managed to qualify Levante for the quarter-finals of the King's Cup after winning four goals in two games.
Levante brought a lawsuit seeking the exclusion of Barcelona from the King's Cup. After the participation of the young player Chumi, a player is not yet allowed to participate in the game because he was serving a penalty with the third division team of Barcelona.
Levante, however, was slow to file a complaint from the opposing team after the deadline.
Meanwhile, Barcelona will be saved from the fate of its traditional rival, Real, who was ousted in front of Kadesh because of the participation of Russian player Dennis Chritchev in the King's Cup last year.
