IPhone for iPhone

Qualcomm for the chip industry was able to secure a court ruling banning the sale of several models of iPhone devices in Germany. The Munich state court said yesterday that Apple had violated a patent filed by Qualcomm.
Qualcomm may provisionally apply the provision for a financial guarantee of 668.4 million euros, in two applications relating to the same patent.
The decision applies to a series of iPhone models, from iPhone 7 to iPhone X, released last year. Apple must pay financial compensation to Qualcomm later.
Qualcomm's patented patent is technology compatible with the amount of power consumed by electronic chips, so the battery lasts longer.
Qualcomm believes that this patent can not be circumvented by a modification of the software used.
The manufacturer of this part of the iPhone in Germany, the American company Corfu, suggests that the battery problem, called envelope tracking, can be resolved so as not to violate Qualcomm's patent.
