Sharjah 24 – Mahmoud Ali:
Al-Jazeerah swept the United Arab Emirates with a sixth-place finish in the match that brought the two teams to the Mohammed bin Zayed stadium in the Gulf Arab League's eleventh round on Friday.
Khalfan Mubarak scored the first and second goals in the 18th and 44th minutes, then Ali Ali Mabkhout in third, fourth and fifth places in the 48th, 64th and 67th minutes, before scoring his third goal and sixth for the island at the 79th minute.
This is the biggest defeat of the latest edition of the Arab Gulf League.
Al-Jazeera increased to 25 points, while the UAE lost 8 points in the 13th.
