The African Football Confederation (CAF) has confirmed that its competent bodies would meet to consider the decision of the CAS to cancel the return of the final of the Champions League.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport on Wednesday canceled the decision of the African Union to dismiss the first leg of the African Champions League final between Wydad Casablanca and Alrgai sport.
The court said it would continue to consider the claims of the Esperance sports team while rejecting Wydad Casablanca's demands.
The CAAS also examined the final file of the competent bodies of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) taking into account the fate of the final.
The sports field will make its final decision on the requests of the Tunisian team later.
The African Union had already decided to resume the final of the African Champions League final outside of Tunisia after the Africa Cup of Nations organized by Egypt.
