The Saudi Football Federation signed a contract with Frenchman Irvie Ronard to lead the Saudi team in the next stage.
Official report of the Saudi team on the social networking site Twitter on Monday released a video showing that Ronar was about to train to form green hawks.
The video included footage of the former Moroccan coach, with some of his accomplishments before concluding: "Now he is about to train the green hawks."
He was separated from the Moroccan Football Federation after not having overtaken the prize of the final of the Africa Cup which has just completed in Egypt and crowned by Algeria.
Aged 50, he won the Africa Cup of Nations with Zambia and Côte d'Ivoire in 2015 before leading the Atlas Lions to the 2018 World Cup.
"I am happy to start a new adventure in Saudi Arabia on a new continent," he wrote in his official media reports.
