Amir Mortada, the general supervisor of the Zamalek football team, said his team was planning to recruit Ahmed Hegazi, West Bromwich.
In a statement on the radio last night, Amir said: "Agreements with Zamalek in winter will not be many, there are names with which Abdullah Saeed, Ahmed Hijazi and Omar Khirbin have signed a contract.
"No player will be fired until the end of the season, and we will evaluate these players by the end of the season to judge them well."
