Former Manchester United striker Emile Heskey said the English Premier League could lose Mohammed Salah if the Reds did not win the Premiership title this season.
Sports site Kedsa said Hiskey had predicted that the Egyptian star would leave Liverpool if he did not win the league title this season.
"Liverpool could lose stars, including Salah, if they do not qualify for the title later this year," he told Express Sport.
"And if they continue with the team, there is a reason to force them to continue, the reason being the titles and achievements."
The Jorgen Club once again failed Monday to widen the gap with its English Premier League team, Manchester City, after a 1-1 draw against West Ham United.
Despite the fall, Liverpool remains in the lead with 62 points, followed by Man City with 59 points and Tottenham Hotspur 57 points.
