Ancelotti: Naples was not as important as the task

Carlo Ancelotti, the coach from Naples, was upset after the Italian Cup exit by Milan.

"Napoli was not as important as the match," Ancelotti said after the match. "The match became difficult because of two initial counter-attacks with longitudinal balls."

"Away from both goals, Milan has not done much, but we are not physically ready to break such a defensive approach."

"Without these two mistakes, we would have had more space to open the match."

AC Milan had qualified for the semi-finals thanks to goals from new striker Krishtov Biotek of Genoa.
