Felipe Anderson scored a superb double to lead West Ham United to a 2-1 win over Southampton after a thrilling uprising that brought them into the first half of the Premier League.
West Ham has four points to nine with 27 points in 19 games, while Southampton remains 16th and has 15 points, three points behind the relegation zone after their first home defeat in five games.
West Ham coach Manuel Pellegrini was happy to see his team find themselves in the first half of the table with the end of the first half of the season, after four straight defeats.
