Apple has decided to stop listening to its Siri voice recorder due to security issues related to its use.
The decision follows the publication of the Guardian newspaper in which it was stated that "company employees worldwide who review the recordings have regularly heard confidential information and private conversations".
Apple is studying voice commands for users of clandestine labs in an effort to make Siri users better understand by listening.
However, the badysis is "not done in a normal way", but through the staff listening to user records, including confidential or personal information, from addresses, contacts and even information on the financial situation.
The company commented: "We take the initiative to provide excellent experience to the Siri badistant while protecting the privacy of users."
"While we are doing a thorough review, we are commenting on Siri's overall badessment," a company spokeswoman said in a statement. "When updating the next program, users will be able to unsubscribe.
Siri allows you to work on your iPhone without hands, send messages, make calls and open multiple applications using voice commands only.
Companies like Google and Amazon are doing the same thing, but they are well known and offer a choice if they wish, unlike what Apple did.
