The Apple group has once again plummeted into the smartphone market and lost third place to a less well-known Chinese company than the second-quarter sales figures compiled by a market research firm.
The popular iPhone has ranked fourth in global sales with 35.3 million handsets, compared with 36.2 million for the Chinese Oppo, according to the IH market.
