Google has begun implementing its new policy announced last year on Google Play Store app permissions applications to reduce applications' access to user data.

If, as the title indicates, Google announced in a new publication via the developer code that it would begin to remove any application requesting access to names and recordings of calls in more SMS messages without explaining the reasons.

The statement stresses that developers must submit a request to clarify the reasons for applying the permissions mentioned for approval before March 9, counterfeit applications having to send an urgent update to cancel the application for permissions, otherwise the application will be immediately removed from the store.

Google has confirmed that such strict measures are designed to provide users with further improvements in the control of their data and their privacy, or at least the user will understand why the application asks for these permissions.
