During the tenth session of the meeting held in Jordan on July 23 and 24, the union executive bureau criticized the doubling of unemployment and emigration rates due to low internal and external investment in economic sectors. with high employment potential and the expansion of the informal economy.

In its statement, the union coalition noted that most Arab governments were implementing social policies "inconsistent with the growing needs for education, health or public transport in the absence of". an approach of global dialogue with the participation of social actors ".
