Sport 360 – Argentine coach Juan Antonio Pietzi praised the team's results during the fourth phase of its preparatory program for the 2019 Asian Cup in the UAE.
"Green" will play a friendly against South Korea on Monday night, in preparation for the two teams' participation in the tournament, which kicks off on January 5th.
Betzi said at the press conference on the match that the Saudi team had prepared for the best of the last period, to participate in the Asian Forum.
"We are very satisfied with what we have achieved and hope to provide excellent levels and positive results in the championship."
"We are looking forward to reaching the rest of our goals during the friendly match between South Korea and we are focusing exclusively on them."
Pitzi refused to cancel the decision of midfielder Salman Al-Faraj to stay with the team or be excluded from the final list of the tournament.
"We do not rule out the possibility of adding new players before the end of the available period, but provided we do not encounter any obstacles," he said.
"For me, the most important part of South Korea's game is that no player is hurt."
