He added: "The participants expressed their satisfaction with the progress made in terms of the purification of the political climate, of frankness, reconciliation and the return to the regularity of the work of the institutions, and stressed the need to commit to maintaining political stability and to reduce problems. They affirmed their firm will to maintain the exchange rate stability of the lira and credit. It was also agreed on a number of basic steps to be implemented in the next phase, which contribute to the activation of the economy and the strengthening of public finances, and directly examine the "McKinsey" report and the submissions of all parties.

He stressed that "one of the fundamental steps: the adoption of the 2020 budget to its constitutional dates and the commitment to strictly enforce the budget of 2019, as well as the procedures therein and the recommendations of the Finance Committee. Establish a detailed plan for the launch of planned investment projects in the House of Representatives in the amount of $ 3.3 billion, after the adoption of the law to guarantee their acquisition, in addition to the "Cedar" projects . Commitment to full implementation of the electricity plan at its various stages. Adopt a number of reform laws, including government procurement, tax evasion, customs, tax procedures and coordination with the House Legislative Modernization Committee. Activation of the work of ministerial committees, particularly with regard to state restructuring and job description. Complete the stages of judicial reform, strengthen the work of the central inspection and supervisory bodies, strictly control waste and corruption, and speed up the completion of transactions. Review and abolish unnecessary institutions as stipulated in previous laws. "
