Karim Benzema scored twice to give Real a 3-1 home win in Girona on Thursday and qualify for the King's Cup semi-final with a 7-3 overall victory.
The French striker, who joined the European champions in 2009, scored 209 goals in 446 appearances in the first half and was sixth ahead of Mexican Hugo Sanchez, the country's top scorer. Team since ages.

Pedro Boro narrowed the gap to 20 minutes from the end but Llorente ended the hopes five minutes later.
Real, the first to win the title for the first time since 2014, joined the champions Barcelona, Valencia and Real Betis in the semi-finals.
The draw will take place on Friday at the Beniteau Biamarin stadium, which will host the final.
