Cameroon's Maxim Chopo-Moting, from the home of Paris Saint-Germain, was reportedly stolen Wednesday during a meeting between PSG and Liverpool.

Security sources told Radio France Info that the amount stolen rose to 600,000 euros, a jewel worth 400,000 euros and a cash amount of 200,000 euros.

The 29-year-old signed in September in the second half against Liverpool in the Champions League in the 2-1 win over PSG.

The robbery took place in the Moting apartment, on the fourth floor of a building located in the west of the capital, where he has resided for about two months.

According to the newspaper, thieves came from one of the windows of the house and broke the latch of the window with an iron stick. They came out of the main door using one of the keys located on the couch.

The Paris police are currently investigating this incident.
