Manchester City strengthened their Premier League spot by beating Bournemouth 3-1 on Saturday in the 14th round of the competition.
In other games, Crystal Palace won 2-0 at Burnley and Brighton, 2-0 at Hiddersfield Town and Leicester City at home at Watford 2-0 and West Ham United at 3-0.
At the end of the first leg, Manchester City drew 1-1 in Bournemouth.
Bernardo Silva scored for City in the 16th minute and Kalium Wilson tied for Bournemouth a minute before half-time.
Rahim Stirling added a second goal to City in the 57th minute, followed by German Elkay Gundogan with a third goal in the 79th minute.
City increased to 38 points and Bournemouth lost 20 points in the ninth.
Liverpool is second with 33 points, five behind Citi, ahead of Everton on Sunday.
City has won its sixth consecutive victory and 12th win this season against two draws and a record-breaking record.
