Dana Gas receives AED 293 million from Kurdistan in first half

Dana Gas announced a 74% increase in its share of sales from BP, condensate, LPG and gas sales in the first half of this year.

In a statement released on the Abu Dhabi securities market, the company said its share of cash payments received in the Kurdistan region had reached 293 million dirhams in the first half of this year, compared with 169 million dirhams at the same time last year.

"This will ensure the revenue stream needed for infrastructure development," said Patrick Alman Wardd, CEO of Dana Gas.

He said that after the achievements of the past year, the company hoped to strengthen its cooperation with the territorial government and continue to progress in the coming years.
