The new movie "The Peanut Butter Hawk" made its unusual appearance on the red carpet in Hollywood, starring Zack Gottsgen, a Down syndrome actor.
Gotsgen plays the lead role in the film, which tells the story of a young man coming out of a retirement home to pursue his dream of becoming a professional wrestler.
During his trip, he meets an imitator whose role is played by Xia LaBeouf, the hero of the films "Transfirmers" or "Transformers". The tournament will be shared by Dakota Johnson as a nurse sent by the caretaker in search of the hero.
The film is one of the few Hollywood movies to play in a Down syndrome actor.
Tyler Nielsen and Michael Schwartz, who both directed and wrote the film, said they met Gotzgen when they volunteered at a camp for people with disabilities and told them that he wanted to become a movie star.
During their first experience, the couple decided to create a feature film to write a story worthy of being a hero.
And the critics of the film, and received a positive evaluation of 100% Rotten Tometo's site for evaluation and criticism of the film. The film screening is scheduled to begin in the United States on August 9.
LaBeouf and Johnson said their relationship with Gotzgen after the film was as close as blood.
