Detect rare and changing solar atmosphere in excellent video clips
Remote asteroids and those containing water and interstellar spacecraft made the headlines of the media.
But the European Space Agency has decided to remind us of the proximity of our planet by participating in a video.
On Wednesday, December 12, in the morning, the agency published a superb video presenting a series of images "timelapse" of the sun, illustrating its rare aerial activity with details never seen before.
All these images were taken with Proba-2, the second low-cost satellite included in the Proba system.
Although the weight of "PROBA-2" is low and does not exceed 130 kg, it is able to send bulky data to the ground around the sun.
