The minister called for coordination with health unions in this regard, evoking the creation of a committee composed of members of doctors, pharmacists and nurses.
He explained that the educational programs launched by the ministry stemmed from the real need to develop the skills of managers. In order to do this, the Department called upon the services of specialists to continue the implementation of the training programs for the benefit of physicians during the years of residency and to obtain the certificate of competence within the prescribed time.
The meeting also discussed increasing the number of incentive points for resident physicians over the years of residency, granting additional points to resident physicians for those who receive the first part of the board's certificate, In addition to taking into account the increase in the number of incentive points for nurses and pharmacists working in hospitals.
