Al-Mursad Newspaper: The Ministry of Health has revealed that it was circulating on social networking sites regarding the effectiveness of vitamin B17 in the treatment of cancer.
"There is not enough scientific evidence to show that amygdalin, known as vitamin B17, is helpful in treating cancer," the ministry said.
