Pagani Super Cars has announced the production of a special open-top range of the Wayra PC, driven by a two-cylinder twin-turbocharged 6-liter engine providing 791 horsepower and 1,050 Nm of torque. The engine is connected to a seven-speed automatic transmission that drives the rear wheels. Speeds are changed from the steering wheel.
The company said that this category exceeds the Cuban Wira PC by 39 horsepower and 50 NIT-meters of torque, and that the price of a car reaches 3.7 million euros (about 4 million US dollars).
The body of the car is made of carbon and titanium alloys and has opted for lighter wheels and ceramic brakes. The car will make its world debut at the Montrai Super Car Week, which will end at the Pebble Beach Festival in California.
