3. For the recommendation "Residual chlorine concentration" in cooling water and sea water up to the limits allowed by national environmental standards, namely 1 mg / l in cooling water and 0.005 mg / l in cooling water. seawater, EDL adopts a condenser condensation index between 0.2 and 0.5 mg / l for cooling water, lower than the standards set by the Ministry of the Environment (1 mg / l).
