WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Meteorological experts have warned of strong weather fluctuations on Friday, when it is expected to see aquatic plants in the morning and the possibility of rain despite high temperatures most of the day.

The experts also predicted that early morning water visibility would be reduced in parts of the north, while low clouds are appearing on the northern and southern coasts accompanied by rainfall on the Halaib and Halaib rivers. The Ministry of Health and Population has unveiled a series of guidelines to follow in case of high temperature or exposure.

1- Do not walk in the sun for long distances.

Drink plenty of cold liquids or water.

3 – wear light clothing and preferably be in cotton.

4 – do not be in poorly ventilated areas and shower daily with lukewarm water.

5 – Protection of children against gambling in extreme heat.

6. Use an umbrella or hat to protect the head from direct sunlight.
