Epic Games Store now allows players to redeem their money unlimitedly

The refund policy on Epic Games Store was not flexible at all, but the company is adjusting it. The new policy is similar to Valve's Steam policy. The new refund policy has become more flexible and allows unlimited refunds. However, some conditions are badociated.

At the launch of Epic Games Store, customers were allowed to claim their money only twice a year. They were allowed to recover money even with unlimited playing hours, but customers had to provide details such as their IP address in the support ticket to get their money back.

Epic Games has now confirmed that the refund request would be easier. Customers can claim their money in unlimited time, but within 14 days of purchase, provided they have less than 2 hours of playing time.

Customers must now request a refund. Sergey Galyonkin, of Epic Games, explains that his team is working on a self-service option that eliminates the need to ask for help for a refund. Nor is it necessary to provide information such as IP recovery as long as other criteria are met.
