Fabio Quagliarella, the Sampdoria striker, scored his 11th consecutive goal in Italy, unlike the Argentine Gabriel Batistuta.
The eleventh consecutive goal of 36-year-old Italian, next week, comes from a penalty kick against Udinese in the 31st minute of the 21st lap.
Quagliarella has scored 13 goals in 11 consecutive games, bringing his total to 15 in the league this season, one of the best seasons of his career with Sampdoria.
Quagliarella returned to Sampdoria in 2016. He had already worn his shirt during the 2006-2007 season and had defended the clubs of Udinese, Napoli, Juventus and Turin.
