Everton declined a second bid on Crystal Palace and Wilfried Zaha during this summer's transfer season.
Al-Tawfiz presented for several days a presentation worth 55 million pounds, but was rejected by officials of the Crystal Palace.
Sky Sports reported yesterday that Everton had made another offer to settle the Zaha market and read the details from here.
But Everton denied the speculation, saying in a statement: "We categorically deny that Crystal Palace was proposed for the inclusion of Wilfried Zaha, which included an additional amount with the duo Senk Towson and James McCarthy.
"Everton and Crystal Palace have very good relationships," said the club in a statement, "An offer was made this weekend and was rejected."
"Both clubs agreed that it was the end of the debate," he said.
