No financial details were revealed, but the British media reported that the value of the transfer was about 36 million pounds ($ 43.75 million).

"I am very proud and honored to wear the Everton t-shirt and will do my best with this team," Keane said in a statement.

"I was convinced of the signing because Everton was looking forward to the future and I knew the size of the club with great ambition and that I would work hard to help achieve what we want. "

Keane, who played for Juventus at the age of 16, scored six goals in Serie A last season and won the title for the eighth time in a row.

He has also scored two goals with Italy in three games since his international debut last year.

"The signature of an attacker is a priority for the club this summer," said Everton coach Marco Silva. Moisi is a strong and fast player with many good abilities and is still 19 years old. "

"He is talented and ready to work and improve our training and will bring us different solutions."

Keane became Everton's fifth rookie during the current transfer period, after center backing André Gomez, Fabian Delif, Jean-Philippe Djambien and goaltender Jonas Lucell.

Everton, eighth of the season, starts his new season with Crystal Palace on Saturday.
