Welshman Gareth Bell accelerated Real Madrid's progress against Kashima Antlers in the semi-finals of the 2018 FIFA Club World Cup in the UAE.
The Welsh finished the first period with a goal two minutes from the end and scored two goals in 10 minutes to strengthen the progress of the champion of Europe against his Asian champions.
Bell became the third in the history of the competition, scoring three different entries to the Club World Cup, all in the Real Madrid jersey.

Welshman, 29, came from Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo from Barcelona to Juventus.
Bell also entered the competition with number 3 after becoming the third player to score three hat tricks in a World Cup match after Luis Suarez of Barcelona and Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid.

Suarez had scored the hat trick against Guinnesso Evergrande at the 2015 edition, while the Portuguese were the only ones to score a hat trick in the last match against the net of Kashima Antlers 2016.
The Welsh became the second-leading scorer in history, after raising his goal to six goals, behind former Cristiano Ronaldo with seven goals.

In both previous editions, Bell had scored two goals in the 2014 edition of two games, missing the 2016 version of the injury, and scored a solo goal in the last edition.
