5. Eat onions and garlic to help flush the blood.

6. Avoid fatty foods and sugars as they affect the blood circulation.

7. Avoid hot and spicy foods as they increase the sufferings of the patient.

8. Drink plenty of water and chamomile to help defecate.

9. Eat carrots and potatoes because they contain antioxidants that work for the recovery of membranes and tissues.

10. Play sports and make sure you get rid of obesity and excess weight.
