Have we really reached the end of cancer?

Scientists at the University of Salford discovered what they thought was the cell responsible for all other cancer cells, or the cell responsible for causing all cancers.

According to the researchers, laboratory results showed the cancer cell, describing their finding as "someone who finds a needle in a haystack".

The researchers hope to rewrite the medical history of cancer growth and believe it could be a blow to current cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy, the Daily Mail reported.

In the lab, scientists led by Professor Salford Michael Lizanti performed tests on two bad cancer samples and used a bright dye to isolate the most active cells extracted from the samples.

Scientists have noted that a very small fraction of cells, called "active cancer stem cells", have a larger map than their counterparts and have the ability to create tumors, spread and reproduce very quickly.
It is not yet known how dishonest cells break off from normal cells, but are linked to aging and bring cells closer to death.

"We need to press the reset button, like the computer, to show how cancer patients are treating us with drugs," said Michael Lisante, in the study published in the journal Pathology.

"Scientists talk about cancer because it's caused by dying cells coming back to life or cells called zombies, but now we see that it's more dramatic than that and it could even be described as" a Prison escape "for more precision.In other words, the cell of origin is separated from the general cell line, thus causing disorders and anarchy.Malignant cells proliferate and produce tumors."

He warned that some types of chemotherapy could push stem cells to cause more cancer cells and spread tumors.
