Health: 15,269 Egyptian pilgrims receive clinics from Hajj medical mission in Mecca and Al Madina

The medical mission of the pilgrimage revealed that its clinics had received until 15269 Thursday morning sickness cases where they had been detected and the necessary treatment, of which 12408 cases in Mecca and 2861 cases in Medina, indicating that 31 cases of Saudi hospitals would have entered. And 20 cases are still being processed, noting that Dr. Hala Zayed, Minister of Health and Population, is following the mission every day to ensure that the best medical services are provided to Egyptian pilgrims.

Dr. Mohammed Dhahi, head of Hajj's medical mission, said kidney dialysis had been performed in 17 cases in Saudi hospitals, with a total of 41 dialysis sessions. Another case had received chemotherapy, noting that the medical team was coordinating with Saudi hospitals. Dialysis and chemotherapy for the Egyptian pilgrims to fully benefit from medical services, the medical team of the medical mission will transmit every day "morning and evening" to all hospitals where pilgrims are reserved to control their state of health.

He stressed that the prevention team continues to organize seminars to sensitize pilgrims to preventive measures, distribute leaflets and leaflets to identify infectious and non-communicable diseases and ways to prevent them. Organized 68 sensitization seminars and made 103 visits to pilgrims' premises to raise awareness of health issues, benefiting 2,489 Egyptian pilgrims.

In the same context, Dr. Amr Kandil, medical attaché, general supervisor of the Hajj medical mission, and Dr. Mohamed Dahi, head of the mission, visited the clinics on Wednesday evening to follow the progress of the work, which continued until the early hours of the morning.

Qandil pointed out that during the shift, the stock of drugs and medical equipment in all clinics had been reviewed, in addition to following the medical teams' commitment on Nubtjiat dates and to make sure of their presence at their workplace, praising the performance of medical teams in all clinics and confirming all medications and medical supplies in clinics. It operates 24 hours a day to serve Rahman's guests.

Qandil pointed out that the percentage of patients satisfied with clinics reached 98% thanks to the survey questionnaire, distributed for the first time this year to all clinics morning and evening, in order to satisfy the pilgrims for the medical service provided, Their health service.
