The Ministry has defined the functions of health service purchasers, namely, to approve the purchase of health facilities in the private sector in accordance with approved standards and the application of these standards, and to prepare and report on logistics and other services. indicators approved at the Ministry of Health on a regular basis.
It has also developed an implementation mechanism consisting of providing a table of health indicators and services provided, providing logistical services to clients, linking the computer systems used to its counterpart to the Ministry of Health.
