Commenting on the statement of the US Embbady in Beirut on the Qabrishmoun incident, Hezbollah issued the following statement:

Hezbollah strongly condemns the statement of the American Embbady and regards it as a flagrant and egregious interference in the internal affairs of Lebanon and constitutes a serious crime for the State and its constitutional and judicial institutions, an unacceptable interference with a local political conflict and a case before the Lebanese court, capable of performing only its functions.
Hezbollah believes that this statement aims to further complicate the current crisis.
To the extent that it deplores the shameless US policy on the single Lebanese issue, Hezbollah views this statement as a clear condemnation of all the contenders for freedom, sovereignty and independence, who have remained silent and have been destroyed.
