The Jubail International Festival Committee announced that the "Within Temptation" concert, scheduled for August 7th, had been canceled.
The committee called its support company, in a statement on its Facebook page, to support it in order to preserve the freedom of expression, art and music, emphasizing that the safety of its artists and the public was a top priority for them.
"We will never be silent," the committee concluded.
The Dutch "Within Temptation" announced its reluctance to present its concert at the Jubail International Festivals, in solidarity with the Layla project group.
