Use synchronization

Both conditions must be met because the availability of one does not necessarily mean the success of the whole.
- Have another Chrome device with the same account
- You have not opened Chrome on this device after deleting the tag.
The idea of a solution
Now, imagine that you have the Android and PC settings. And I've opened Google Chrome on the PC very soon. We can say after the last change you made on Android. And I have removed through the Android device several favorite pages. Now you want to get it back. If you open the PC and open Chrome, Auto Sync will synchronize the deletion and delete the favorite pages from the other device. But if you quickly turn off syncing before the archives are synced, you can recover that page by saving the local Chrome backup on your computer. Just tap the following link in Chrome's search bar and then tap the Reset Sync button to stop syncing. And then you open Chrome on the device that has not been synced (in this case, your computer here)

After these steps, synchronization will be stopped on all devices and you will be able to recover the lost page by saving the local backup on your computer. As if you do not remove them from the ground. Then you can reconnect to your Google Account from all devices if something does not happen.
Use a backup file
Google Chrome usually creates a bookmark file to back up its own files. So to recover all the errors can occur in the original file and save what can be recorded as problems have occurred. Chrome creates this file on Windows and Mac OS. As in the case of the previous method, the same conditions must be fulfilled simultaneously to ensure the recovery of the deleted pages. If none of these conditions is fulfilled, I do not expect you to recover what has been deleted. Just follow the steps below
On a Windows system
1. Open the Run window using the Windows + R buttons
2. Type the following when USERNAME changes the user name that you use on the device.
C: Users USERNAME AppData Local Google Chrome User Data Default
3. Find My Favorites and Bookmars.bak
Cut Cut and paste anywhere anywhere else in your device
5. Rename the other file and remove the .bak extension from the name.
6. Open Chrome again and your favorite pages will reappear.
On the Mac OS
1. Navigate to the following path when USERNAME changes user name.
Macintosh HD> Users> USERNAME> Library> Applications> Google> Chrome> Default
2. Locate the Bookmarks and Bookmars.bak files.
Cut Cut and paste anywhere anywhere else in your device
4. Rename the other file and remove the .bak extension from the name.
5. Open Chrome again and you'll notice that your favorite pages are back.
