Parliamentary sources have ruled that the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nabih Berri, initiates any response or parliamentary action to President Michel Aoun's letter.

The sources said that "this issue will be left at the beginning of the second ordinary legislative decade of the Council, which will start on Tuesday after October 15".
Following Article 95 of the Constitution, "follow-up and opposition" under the same sectarian tension on which Minister Gebran Bbadil is working to extract a legitimacy that considers that the sectarian clbadification of the Lebanese is the only way to extract it.
