Huawei is preparing to launch a new phone with its own operating system

According to technical reports, the Chinese company Huawei will announce in a few days a phone supporting its own operating system, "Hongmeng OS", after Google has stopped the support of "Android" on its phones to the following the recent ban.

The Global Times of the Chinese government has revealed a number of details of the program on which Huawei is betting to reduce its reliance on external sources.

Huawei is expected to introduce the new operating system at a web developer conference in Dongguan, China on August 9.

The new system will also work on smart TVs, and some experts have compared the HongMing operating system to the Fuchsia system previously developed by Google, a pilot program.

The system was designed with a kernel system suitable for industrial intelligence and can run on multiple platforms on the Internet.

Global Times said the new Hongmeng OS phone has been tested and performed well.

According to Sky News, this device is expected to be launched with the Huawei Dead 30 Pro phone later this year, aimed at the middle-clbad customers at an affordable price of only $ 288.

The company recently suffered losses and its future seemed uncertain after US President Donald Trump banned his country from selling technology products to China because of national security concerns.

Trump then withdrew from the ban following a meeting with his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping, at a meeting on the sidelines of the G-20 summit in Japan.
