Major-General Gamal Nour El-Din, Governor of Assiut, stressed the importance of coordination between the directorates of veterinary medicine, catering and health to conduct intensive campaigns on markets and various points of sale before, during and after Eid al-Adha, in order to guarantee the validity of meat and poultry intended for human consumption as well as the control and execution of invalids after the taking of all legal measures taken. The governor of Assiut insisted on the establishment of service directions for specific plans in preparation for Eid to ensure the arrival of various services to citizens.

For his part, Dr. Khaled Bakri, Director General of the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Assiut, said that an integrated plan had been developed, including several axes, to prepare Eid al-Adha, in accordance with the guidelines. the Governor of Assiut, with a view to stepping up inspection campaigns and monitoring markets, Sale and display of live, chilled or frozen meat and poultry in all villages and villages.

He stressed the work of the slaughterhouses of the province 24 hours a day and canceled all the holidays for the doctors and the staff of these mbadacres during the Eid, stating the creation of a room for sale. The Director General of the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine in Assiut said that the mbadacres would be opened free of charge to citizens and charities free of charge during the days of Eid to prevent the spread of diseases and epidemics and reduce the mbadacre of sacrifices in the streets and roads.

He highlighted the communication with citizens through seminars to educate citizens on how to choose the sacrifice and its specifications, as well as the importance of slaughtering inside the mbadacres to ensure the validity of the meat and the absence of diseases as well as the preservation of the environment.
