Violent winds caused the collapse of part of the stands of the Dutch football club Alkmaar, officials said that it was completely empty at the time of Saturday's incident.

The images show the collapse of some of the stadiums that can seat around 17,000 people. It was installed in the northern Dutch city 13 years ago.
"We were all surprised by what happened, we are shocked, but we are happy that no one has been hurt," said club director Robert Einhorn.
