Anemia is a condition in which your body does not get enough healthy red blood cells, or in other words, when it does not carry enough hemoglobin, or when these cells do not do what they are supposed to do, the blood cells reds are responsible for the oxygen supply to the body and its elimination. Carbon dioxide.
According to the British newspaper The Independent, there are some signs of blood deficiency in your body.
1 – pale skin:
When our body lacks oxygen or lacks red blood cells, our skin changes and looks very dull, which is not only for the face, but also for the whole body, especially the hands, the inner part of the lower eyelids and language.
2. Irregular heart rate:
Low hemoglobin levels make the heart harder to work than pumping blood into our system. Extra effort must be made to try to provide enough oxygen, which can lead to an irregular heartbeat.
Fainting:
If our members do not get the right amount of oxygen, our body needs to put more effort into producing enough energy for the daily work, which makes us very tired.
4. Focusing issues
All our organs need oxygen to function properly, especially the brain. If the oxygen level is too low, we can not think clearly and suffer from poor concentration.
5- weak nails:
If your nails are fragile, this may be common, this may be evidence of the presence of a blood loss in the body. Nails need oxygen to stay healthy.
6 – cracks at the corners of your lips
Most of us have dry lips or sometimes cracked by wind, sun or cold, but anemia causes in some areas cracks that affect their shape.
7. Desire to eat unhealthy foods:
Scientists still need to explain why anemia is causing these cravings and this strangeness, but the most common is the urge to eat unhealthy foods, ice.
