Ambbadador Mohamed Al-Rabie, Secretary General of the Council of Economic Unity of the League of Arab States, said the Arab countries had decolonized under the leadership of the living leader Gamal Abdel Nbader, who had succeeded to his court and his conviction to suppress the abominable colonialism that dominated the resources of our Arab countries. He emphasized that the Arab countries are importing countries for all their needs, especially the most basic ones, such as the world's most importing wheat, while we export our raw resources, especially the oil we have been exporting since 1933.

He stressed the need to establish an Arab economic bloc based on the manufacturing and petrochemical industries, based on the vast natural and human resources of which the region is rich, so that our Arab countries can occupy their natural position on the international scene and ensure the economic prosperity and dignified life that flows from it for future generations. We are exposed to the scarcity of water that affects the entire Arab region from the outside.

He expressed confidence in the ability of the President of the Bar Association Sameh Ashour to make the Union a base for the Arab economy, especially in the face of the reconstruction of a certain number of Arab countries that have experienced conflict in recent years, relying on legal experts and Arab judges, as well as on their development and training, in order to be in the ranks of international arbitrators, stressing that need to launch banks and banks in lending to investors, especially in the sector without which we will not be able to go ahead.

The Arab Union for Arbitration of Economic Disputes and Investments, in cooperation with the Center for Studies, Training and Consultations of the Arab Economic Unity Council, organized the Annual Conference on Arbitration and its Impact on banking and non-banking transactions, in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Arab Court of Arbitration.
