People suffering from anemia, colds, frequent and severe headaches, have difficulty breathing during activities such as climbing stairs. Women have severe menstrual bleeding.
She pointed out that this condition is treatable, using iron supplements "but the important thing is to follow up with a specialist, if any."
Finally, the expert recommended a diet rich in vegetables, green color, eating red meat, nuts and doing exercise, to give the body enough oxygen.
