Dr. Ahmed Zaher, professor of neurosurgery at Mansoura University, said that multiple sclerosis causes possible neurological damage to the central nervous system and deterioration of the nerves themselves or permanent damage.
Symptoms of multiple sclerosis, including weakness of one or more limbs and usually manifesting on one side of the body or legs and trunk, as well as a partial vision loss or total, usually appear in the same eye each time and accompany pain during the movement of the eye. Often, prolonged double vision, tingling or pain in certain parts of the body, electric shock sensations accompanied by certain neck movements, tremors or fatigue, dizziness, bowel or bladder function problems.
The professor advised the brain and nerves to consult the doctor, if any of the above symptoms were mentioned, for unknown reasons.
