In the middle of the night, on 14/7/2019, in the locality of the Abu Ali River, a fire broke out in about 150 stalls selling worn clothes and shoes, which were completely burned.
As a result of the intensive follow-up, the relevant sections of the Internal Security Forces Information Division were able to identify the author and arrest him in Al-Qubba locality on 6 / 8/2019.

During his interrogation, he confessed to setting fire to the stalls by "gasoline", in retaliation for the owners for supporting a person with whom he had quarreled over the preference of traffic in the locality.
The legal requirement was instituted against him, on referral from the competent court.
