Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott, 16, and the youngest player in the history of the English Premier League, joined Fulham after leaving Fulham.
"There are a lot of positive things I can say about this boy … he wanted to be part of Liverpool and he could have traveled to many places," said Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp at Mirror newspaper.
The club confirmed that Elliot was "the youngest player in the Premier League ever and that he broke several records thanks to his talent."
"I can not describe how I feel about my dream and my family's dream of joining the Reds, and I'll do my best," Elliot said. Anfield is the best place to develop. "
Elliott became the youngest player to play in the English Premier League after appearing on the substitutes' bench with Fulham against Wolverhampton Wanderers in May. His career was 16 years and 30 days.
Elliott's first appearance in the green rectangle at the age of 15 years and 147 days with Fulham in the Professional English League Cup in September 2018.

Elliot and Liverpool took the bench Sunday in Edinburgh against Napoli, ending with a 3-0 defeat against the Reds.
Elliott, who has sparked the interest of Real Madrid, San Germain, Arsenal and Manchester City, is Liverpool's second-biggest talent this summer after Dutchman Sepp van den Berg, 17, who left the Dutch group PEC Zwolle.
Liverpool did not disclose the financial value of the transaction.
Elliott plays well in the center, right and left wings.
