Makhzoumi praised His Excellency's position at the Armed Day on the Taif Accord, stressing that he was in agreement with President Aoun on the fact that the Constitution protects the rights of all. His Excellency did well to transfer the debate on Article 95 to the House of Representatives, instead of sterile debates outside constitutional institutions.
