Manchester United has announced Sunday that it has signed a contract with French teenager Hannibal Majbari of Monaco in a contract valued at $ 11 million.

According to recent reports, Al-Majbari, the French under-17 player, has attracted the interest of European clubs, including Manchester City, the German champion, Bayern Munich and Lyon, before deciding his destination with an announcement made by the Red Devils. .

The club said in a statement "that it has reached an agreement with Hannibal Majbari with Monaco, subject to the approval of the International Federation (FIFA)".

In his statement, Monaco wished the player to succeed "in his next career," reported AFP. According to some sources, the contract with young people exceeded $ 11 million and should be officially transferred in January, at the age of 17 years.

Al-Majbari had already traveled with his loved ones to United's training ground, where he had met French players Paul Pogba and Anthony Marcial, who had convinced him to settle in the north of England.

He joined the French club in August 2018 after tests in academies of French clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain.
